Directions & Parking

Deluxe parking in Europe's longest underground car park: The Chocolate Museum Cologne is located in the middle of the Rhine – on a peninsula, between the Deutzer and Severins bridges at the tip of the modern Rheinauhaven. You reach your event via the historic swing bridge, directly next to the venerable Malakoff tower, the seat of the former harbor authority.

Start Times

Bel Etage: from 12:00 PM Panorama Restaurant: from 7:00 PM

The start of your event in the Panorama Restaurant or in the chocolate factory depends on the museum’s closing times.

However, a one-hour reception with beverages or finger food at the chocolate fountain or on the Rhine terrace – depending on weather – is already possible from 6:00 PM.

Events in the Bel Etage can start before 6:00 PM, as it is not located within the museum’s exhibition areas.

Parking

Europe’s longest underground car park “Rheinauhaven” is located directly beneath Rheinauhaven and extends precisely under the Chocolate Museum. There are three entrances from Rheinufer Street. Please pay attention to the signs. The Chocolate Museum is signposted in the underground car park. It’s best to drive all the way through to the “red area” – from here you can reach the museum most quickly.

Accessibility

All event rooms – with the exception of the wedding platform in the Bel Etage – including restrooms are accessible without barriers.
